Well, if Mike, Steph, and Ike/Josh are my three choices, then I suppose I'd have to go with Old McDonald. His jokes are normally pretty well constructed, and even when they're not, he can usually save them with his dry wit. Still, that being said, he does repeat some of his jokes a little too often for my liking. For example, if he uses the line "I peed a little" in one more sketch, then I'm going to be more than a "little peed" off with him, if you catch my drift. (Oh, no, mizz, that joke was waaaaaay too obscure. ) Even so, McD still hits more often than he misses, so for now, I guess he doesn't have to worry about wet shoes.
