My guess is David because it sounds better but your theory about the origin could be right. mine is probably wrong because my middle name is Patricia and that doesn't sound good now does it?!?

it's Amanda(how generic, my parents only like me because I'm smart) And I kinda figured the smoking part because he Woked in Amserdam for crying out loud. I don't have any Idea what Josh's middle name is, but my guess is that you guys are probably right, it's David, since Seth, Joshua and Adam are all bible names.
Joshua David. Sounds so sub urban to me. Of course, I guess the since my name is Jasmine Takara, that means I'm not exactly used to normal middles names, LOL! Hey, Katiee, are you catholic? Amanda Patricia is a cool name! Sorry for going  (even more than I already was) But Ike DOES smoke, too.

Born November 11, 1975 in Bedford, New Hampshire. Joined the cast of MADtv as a featured player during the 2002-2003 season. He was promoted to series regular for the 2003-2004 season. The 28-year-old younger brother of Saturday Night Live cast-member Seth Meyers. Both Fox's MADtv and NBC's Saturday Night Live are late night sketch/variety comedies that air at the same time on Saturday nights. Like his brother Seth, Josh is an alum of the improv comedy group Boom Chicago. On Sept 14th, 2002 Josh made his TV debut on MADtv with an enormous amount of on-screen time. He also appears in a Two-Man Revue with Ike Barinholtz.

Wait.............I was wondering Is this just me or does it seem that every picture that someone takes of Josh.......ie: Jassie's pictures.........That Josh has his eyes open like a Deer caught in the headlights of an oncoming car? I was thinking about that and it's like Whoa....Am I missing something here? how weird.......But still Cute
