Default Episode S02E06: Frank 2: Electric Boogaloo (Aired 2008-11-25)

Judge Shatner #1
It's time again for judge William Shatner (Frank Caliendo) to bring out some of his patented Shatner justice. In this case, the plaintiff (Tim Brennen) is suing his neighbour, the defendant who has built a fence on his property. The defendant (Jim Cashman) claims that he built the fence with the right permits, but the plaintiff is mad that he crushed his flowers in the process of building the fence. The defendant says that he is sorry for doing it. All of a sudden, William screams "enough". He thinks that they are being too nice, and that they need a dose of "Shatner". He then gets behind there booths, and expresses their feelings with some serious acting. He then switches back and forth between the judges seat, and the stands, almost debating the case to himself. William then threatens to shoot the defendant (which is him at the time) for stealing his land, and the defendant begins to fight himself. William then calls scene, and awards the case to himself, and tells the 2 that they each have to pay him one Daytime Emmy awards for his fine acting performance. Presidential Address
George Bush (Frank Caliendo) is announcing that he has decided to resign from the presidency. He talks about how America doesn't like him, and frankly, he doesn't like them either. He feels that he has been treated too harshly by America. After all, this is the nation that not only voted him in once, but twice. Maybe they should think about that. He then feels that America is all about second chances, and on that note, he has decided to rip up his resignation, and finish his term. [Intro and outro provided by Frank Caliendo]

Can Bill Clinton Charm Your Pants Off?
Bill Clinton (Frank Caliendo) is hosting his own show Can Bill Clinton Charm Your Pants Off?. In the show, women have to talk to Bill for 2 minutes and resist the urge to take their pants off. If they resist, they will receive $1 million dollars. The game is not as simple as it seems though, as women who have a firm hatred of men, and even men can't seem to resist the irresistible charm of the former president.
