I just don't like "The Goddards". These sketches have either been called Child Genius or Dot, so I say go with one of those.

Yes, but her presence has been in every single sketch. Dot's parents resent her because their other daughter is the genius, but they are stuck at home with Dot while Karen is doing whatever all around the world. Their shirts in every "televised" Dot sketch say "Our OTHER daughter is a genius", hence "Child Genius".

But really only the first two sketches were called "Child Genius", and Karen hasn't really been the core focus since then. "The Goddards" covers all four of them.

I'll see if I can get a good cap from the 200th episode with all four of them together.

I was re-watching episode #1006 and when the credits came on, I think they listed the Dot sketch as Dot: Isn't She Lovely. Im not 100% sure. I'd probably have to re-check it or someone else can.

Dot is one of my favorite characters, but it's difficult for me to fully enjoy a Dot sketch when I can't help but get the feeling that her parents don't love her at all. Has anyone else noticed this?

Its kinda the way the sketches are supposed to be. They've got Karen who is a child genius so they lavish everything on her because she brings them publicity......Then they have Dot who is "intelligent" if you will, in her own way, I'm sure they love her, but in their own freakish way.......
