Ok, I think that it is an understatement that we were all shocked to discover that Jordan Peele, who seemed like a solid lock to be back for a 6th season, was not going to be returning. A cast member that was not even suppose to last this long after another cast member (Keegan-Michael Key) came on in his same year, but with the talent of being able to create great characters, and the skills that showed he could play ball the right way on MADtv, Jordan proved that he belonged, this timeline will show how much he belonged, and how much he brought to the show that he called a second home for 5 awesome seasons.
Jordan gets hired to MADtv, and will join his fellow Boom Chicago friends and cast mates Ike Barinholtz, Josh Meyers, and fellow feature player that season Nicole Parker. November 15, 2003: Jordan appears in his first episode, he plays a contestant in a Wheel of Fortune sketch. February 7, 2004: The first Funkenstein sketch is performed. Watch the sketch April 10, 2004: Jordan plays Killbrain the Fury in the Astroman and Killbrain the Fury sketches for the first time. Watch the sketch, Part 1, Part 2 May 17, 2008: Jordan appears in his last episode. His last sketch (excluding the closing to the episode) is as an announcer in a sketch titled Feed the Babies. Life After MAD Jordan plans to write a movie script and get in produced by a production company with his time off MAD. Maybe with the time off, he may also finally take driving lessons, as he does not drive yet, and always walked, or jogged down to the studio. With the driving lessons, maybe he can get a car and take the drive down to the MADtv set at the Sunset Bronson Studios for a guest appearance or two, because I defiantly don't want to see him on the outside looking in forever (if you know what I mean). __________________ ![]() ![]() Planet MADtv (August 28th 2002- August 28th 2009, August 28th 2010)

It's quite upsetting to see him leave, but as they say, every party has its end. Hope his movie thing works out well!
PS: I'm surprised he still doesn't know how to drive a car. PPS: Love the pun about him on the 'outside looking in'~ __________________ Gimme Crista or gimme nothing! |
