Default How loyal are people?
I'm just wondering how loyal people on this board are... or in essence wondering how many madtv fans there are that don't consider madtv their favorite sketch comedy show.

You didn't even add kids in the hall or Monty Pythons flying circus!! Those beat the hell outta SCTV, but then again SCTV's gay as hell.

I've never seen a sketch, let alone an episode from any of those other shows (ALL of them- including SNL) So I'll vote.....

MADtv definitely.

I used to watch SCTV when it used to air re-runs after Conan. I couldn't really stand the show, but still watched just cause I wanted to see what sketch comedy was like back in the olden days. Didn't get some of the jokes since I guess I would have had to live back then to get em.

My fave is definitely Mad, but I'm a big Snl fan, too. Well, to be honest, I guess I'm just a big Will Forte Fan, but that counts! I also love KITH (Mark Mckinney Rules) and Monty Python! (John Cleese is the BEST) I don't like SCTV, but I know that I'm a fan of some of the people who were on it. South Park is another favorite, that probably should have been put on the list!

I love South Park (although not a sketch comedy) and I've found myself watching reruns every week night on one of our local stations. Since I've been let down by alot of my old-favourite shows lately, I've found myself watching more and more south park. I saw the one with Christopher Reeves and the Stem Cell research last night...so funny!
