you are strong (i can wrist curl more weight then my freind can strict curl, i can wrist curl about 60 pounds 10 times, friend can do about 55 pounds) but you can't run worth s**t. for example, i decded to to jog home from the library..and well i started and i got tired pretty fast..it's pathetic really..

You're just strong with no endurance. I get like that sometimes when I go a few months or so without doing much physical activity. Luckily I keep my muscle anyway because of the way I'm built. I can't say what I could wrist curl though. I don't work out in any way, shape or form. Well, I do pushups, pull-ups, and sit ups sometimes but the last of those I might have done is maybe 2 or 3 months ago.
I played a serious game of basketball about 2 weeks ago and I was doing good at first, but in the last half of the game I was almost too exhausted to do much more than stand and get rebounds. Of course I didn't give up and won later but damn was I tired out. I used to play on a team with some of my friends for fun and my endurance was really high back then, but now I know exactly how you feel. lol __________________ It's understanding that makes it possible for people like me to tolerate people like you. |
