Plenty of sites don't allow direct linking. IMDb, it seems, is one of them. Upload to ImageShack (or similar) and edit your post.

Imageshack has transload or whatever they call it which usually works. You just hit the little URL button and paste in the image url rather than having to save the image somewhere
