 Oh, and I wish Dani well in her bid for the "Presidency."  BTW, I saw a bunch of flashing orange lights in the sky tonight; they appeared twice and then disappeared altogether. While I don't believe in UFOs, I can't think of a logical explanation for the lights either. However, reasonable atheist that I am, I'm certain that it was some natural phenomenon I'm not familiar with, just as I'm equally certain that someone who owns a camera is sending off pictures to D.C. as we speak.:alien: (I do live in the South, after all. )

I have this lecturer who I've had as a convenor for about 4 papers over my 3 year degree, she focuses mostly in film and television studies and femenist theory. Of all the lecturers I've had during my degree, she is the one who, above everyone, is able to keep my attention for the entire duration of a lecture, and leave me thinking about or questioning what she discussed with us. I won't mention her name here because she is a public intellectual and her email and stuff is easily obtainable on the net and, yeah I'm just being over-cautious. lol.
Aaaanyway, she was a guest lecturer at another one of my classes last friday, a Writing and Culture paper that her husband takes. They co-wrote an article on reality television that we had to study, so they conducted the lecture together. About halfway through, she was talking about Trading Spouses, from the audience, while her husband was at the front. She finished what she was saying and went back to writing, and I just happened to be still looking at her, when I saw her stick the end of her pen in her ear, move it around ... And proceed to put it into her mouth. I sat there with my jaw on the ground, and before I got the chance to reflect on the ABSOLUTE HORROR I had just witnessed, she did the same thing again, with her finger. This was truly one of the most traumatic experiences I've had in the last few years. I really respect this person as a lecturer and an intellectual, but I can never look at her the same way. I had enough trouble getting over her hairy armpits that are ALWAYS on display and her boobs that hang halfway down her chest (I assume she burned all her bras at College, she is a feminist after all). Oh, she rides one of those motor-less scooters too. That's just funny though. Did I mention that she is AMERICAN? No? Well she is, so don't try and say "It must be a New Zealand thing" you filthy, filthy people!  The end. __________________ What happened to Andrae?

You know what really grinds my gears? The fact that EVERY single f**king female in Southern California wanting to weigh 75 pounds and spend thousands on plastic surgery! I mean, it's not like anyone really cares if they weigh as much as an elephant or look like they fell down the entire ugly tree or anything. And also what's with celebrities naming their children retarded names? I mean COME ON, APPLE?! THAT'S NOT A NAME, THAT'S A DELICIOUS FRUIT!! How do you think she'll feel when she's 70 years old, with the nurses saying "Time for your medication, Apple!" OH WAIT, NO SHE WONT, BECAUSE SHE'LL HAVE SPENT SEVENTY MILLION DOLLARS JUST TO MAKE YOURSELF LOOK 30!!!!

Why are people so retarded and obnoxious?
I was just bombarded with aim messages from 5 different guys. They all said different crap like "I think I gave you aids", "I think I Love You" and "Hi, my friend gave me your sn." Two actually held a conversation. I think it's the same dude. It's my older sn that I never use either so it's like... weird. He probably got it from an old message board or w/e.
