I'm getting an error message that reads: "The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications."

Is there any settings I have to change to get around this? Or is this program not compatible with my system? (Windows XP)

It's possible the program is outdated. Have a look at this instead:

how the heck do you have a sticky dvd drive??

but my suggestion is just take it out and clean up the wheels, that should make it run smooth.

Beats the eff outta me. It always worked, then it would stick sometimes and I would have to open it by going into My Computer, then clicking Eject.
Now It never opens at all. I've always kept it clean, so I don't know what thats all about.
