I'm not mad. I don't watch soccer at all so why would I care. I might show some more interest though if Canada was in it, but I would probably lose it after the first "quarter"?, but there not, so sorry but I guess I'm not one of those who can tune in for 3 hours to see one goal (if lucky).

No?

P.S. Though I hate the vuvuzelas, as I have for years (I once broke and threw out my brothers vuvuzela on purpose so that he would stop using it. Unfortunately he just bought another one) it's still the best name for a product ever!

So NZ scored its first ever goal in World Cup history the other day, in overtime, to tie with whoever. The entire country went mad, like it was some big success. We didn't even win. Jesus H I live in a lame country forthenext3weeksbeforeimovetolondon

Who owns a vuvuzela? You're like, not even African (I'm guessing.)

Also, congrats to you Krut, and your backwards homeland.

I can imagine that if aliens were looking down on us right now they would be saying "why do these things care so much about this game? look at that country, they are celebrating and they didn't even win!"

So your getting out of New Zealand. You must really want to get out of there if your willing to move halfway around the world. My dad has been telling this story about this woman who he calls Kiwi Kate who was working at his office until recently. She is from New Zealand and was staying here under greencard status, but this month her status ran out so she only had the choice of going back to New Zealand, or going somewhere else. Her decision. She decided to, buy a $600 car, and drive it down to Panama on vacation, before coming back up here to Vancouver to get a plane to make her home in Australia. This means that she would rather drive in a shitty car through Mexico to avoid deportation back to New Zealand. My dad says that she has said that it's about the weather there right now, but we all don't think that. Is living in New Zealand really that bad?

They are really just a horn, and you can get them at any sporting event really.

So the Los Angeles Lakers won the NBA championship last night, and the fans celebrated with a good old fashion riot! It still doesn't compaire to the 1994 Vancouver Stanley Cup Riots which I consider to be the last great riot, but it's pretty good, as seen by these video clips

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l5oLe7rwsQA

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BC13YEwbxmw This is a video of a taxi going up in flames. One of the more talked about instances of the night. Here is the beginning of the damage to the car from the start with some annotated commentary.

Nothing says "Yay Lakers" like a flaming car. That's appreciation right there.

What a bunch of fucking savages. We're happy about winning a sporting event, let's burn someone else's car.

And it was a taxi, which I think most of them have to pay for. They literally burned his livelihood.

So Nemisis and other US soccer fans but mostly Nemisis, how does it feel to be ousted from the World Cup by Ghana. I mean, Ghana. I doubt many people even know where that is.

So now that the US is out, soccer will once again go back into the closet, and will sit there collecting dust for the next 4 years.

Michael Ian Black's tweet: "As if I needed another reason to be mad at Ghana"

We all know America doesn't care anymore. Good luck falling from the limelight futbol

Probably not as bad as it must feel to have only qualified once in the entire history of the world cup, the last time being 24 years ago. Oh wait I forgot, you "don't care".

Also my other teams Mexico and Portugal are still in it so that's good.

Considering Auckland has been voted the 4th equal best city in the world to live in, tied with Vancouver - no, its not that bad. At all. In fact, some might say its quite a nice country, myself included. There just are not. enough. hot. gay. men. here.

I can't throw a stick without hitting a gay man.
That's why I stopped throwing sticks.

It's been said here that we have the most livable city, but I think that's a different category.

Yeah, we have a big gay population here too. There actually quite nice here because since they already have rights here, they don't need to bitch about how distinct they are like what I feel the US gays do. Basically, we don't care what they do and they don't care what we do.

Also, if you like New Zealand Dart, then why are you leaving(/left?)
