Well for now. The city is going to be getting a lot more activities now. The Olympics really gave that a boost. Before the Olympics, the city was always worried about holding events mostly due to the 1994 Stanley Cup Riots. Also, before the games the city felt that with the normally good weather and the many outdoor activities you can do here people didn't need the city council and the provintial government to give them things to do, that we were all more then capable of doing things on our own. That's why a lot of the locals here use to nickname Vancouver the "No Fun City", but since the games and after seeing how well everyone behaved after the big events like the gold medal ice hockey win, which I thought were the most peaceful large crowds for an event like that ever, the leaders realized that we need to have more celebrations like that in the city.

So Seattle may be the fun city now, but watch out because we are on your heels. Also, at least we hold big events.

when i went to LA i did the usual touristy stuff(hollywood Blvd,disneyland,universal) i went to torrence which is about 30mins out of the city to see where they shot some stuff for Buffy the vampire slayer,i saw tapings of chelsea lately,the late late show with craig ferguson and the tonight show with conan o'brien(yeah i got in before he got canned)
I drove the length of mulholland drv at night time and pretended to have amnesia and wore a blonde wig.I did griffith park,i saw a band in echo park and a band at the troubadour on sunset blvd...i vistied the santa monica pier and tried pinkberrys for the first time.i also peed on santa monica blvd while drunk on halloween night with 2 complete strangers and had an awesome black guy with dreads dressed as a warrior tell me to go see him at venice beach and he'd sell me a bong for cheap.

Wow, I need to travel with you tarza. I would probably have enough of an experience to last me a lifetime. Living movie plots, peeing on the street, and buying a bong from a black He-Man. It would be the best vacation ever!

Damn, I wish I had the money to go to New York! I could be your designated driver, and wait ouside the bars while you both get shitfaced. I would have to since I can't legally drink in the States, but as of yesterday, I can in Canada!

Highly unlikely for her to come back. She's pretty much over MADtv and thus this place, maybe I can talk her into it.....I'm actually going to spend two weeks with her in October. Might actually move in together very soon

So I just got back from visiting bryansgirl again. We spent 2 weeks together. I am moving in with her in january but we will be spending our first hanukkah together as a couple at her place. Weve been officially dating since this past april *squee* and we r happy right now. Theres pics of us on my fb page.

We're not moving in together after all (long story).......we actually just broke up last night (even longer story)..........so yeah......I'm happy though, and it was really for the best.
