I don't want to be rude but I watched part of Aries' new gig on Vh1's Web Junk 2.0 and to me, he put on some weight since leaving MADtv.
But maybe he'll have this gig for a long time which could me more than one year or maybe get a part-gig on "Best Week Ever" |

Exactly. Now, if we were talking about Artie, that would be another story. He looks like he gained a lot of weight but the last time he was on MADtv (which was only two years ago), it looked like he LOST weight.

I think Aries should have left when his 5 years was over. By season 8 his roles had become diminished. He wasn't doing the roles that made him great like Eddie Murphy, and was now only really doing Doller Bill Mongomery on Real *********ing Talk. By Season 9 I felt he was really no longer needed on the show. The new cast was replacing him. By season 10 I felt he was completely phased out on the show. He wasn't even doing Shaq anymore, ] and was now only known on there for his long tenure on the show. He castmembership went bad way before he decided to leave, by season 10, he had overstayed his welcome on the show.

I can't believe that no one mentioned this but I was watching episode 202 of FrankTV today and in one of the sketches Aries was in it playing Shaquille O'Neal.
