Default CBGB's to Close
Yep. The NYC punk club is losing its lease after a lengthy battle with the landlord. Sort of a shame, it was a great establisment in its day. But at least back then it ment something to play there, anyone can headline now. The bands are no-names and they suck. It's all merchandise anyway. So for christ's sake, get the tee-shirts while you still can! (Thats sarcasm btw)

That's sad especially since that was the birthplace of American Punk and New Wave back more than 30 years ago.
