I think she is really attractive and funny,....As opposed to Mo Collins(cute but looks like a model), Debra Wilson(meh?), Katherine Fiore(soccer mom?), and Stephanie Weir(cheerleader).

Alright, let's stop talking about how funny people are and how they look:
Alex Borstein: She's not as hot as AeoceanGlyvxx says she is, but I'm a teenager and she's middle aged so it would just be creepy if I found her attractive.
Mo Collins: Same as Alex, it's hard to find her attractive when she plays people like Lorraine and Katherine Harris.
Kathrine Fiore: Yeah, she's pretty hot. She's also probably the youngest on the show.
Stephnie Weir: My personnal favorite as far as looks go. I've always been partial to Texas chicks. (but yes, I know she's married.)
Debra Wilson: She's pretty hot, considering how old she must be. However old she was in season 1, add seven years, so she must be in her thirties by now.
That's my opinion on the appearance of the women on the show.
But as far as humour goes, that's a different story.

Reef clearly said "Alex Borstein's hot for a fat chick". It's hard for fat chicks to be hot, cheers to Alex for being so hot. Okay, maybe he should have stated "Alex may be built like Rosie O'Donnell, but she's still hot ". But either way the message was made, and if Tarzapam got the wrong impression that Reef was making, just clear it up, already!
Thanks to Tarzapam for sticking up for Alex, but knock off the fight already.

I just want to point out that I think Alex is a great part of the show. Saturday Night's episode was histericle when she played Marvin Tikvah's daughter.

She IS built like Rosie O'Donnell. It's not a bad thing, but it's why she plays Rosie O'Donnell. Can you picture Stephnie Weir playing Rosie O'Donnell?
