Default How about a live taping?
I was just wondering how many people here have gone to a live taping? Wouldn't it be cool if a bunch of us got together and got into one of the shows! I would love to see a live taping.

I would love to go to a live taping but it's really far away from me as you can see from my location. I'm on the east side and the taping is on the west side. Probably a 5 hour plane ride to get there.

rockstar might go i dunno though, all i know is if I lived in hollywood i'd be at every single live taping.

Why don't you go and tell us all about it?

You guys that live close enough to go are so lucky. If I lived anywhere near there I'd go to tapings as much as possible. Hopefully some day before MADtv gets cancelled I'll be able to find a way to go to a taping.

Darn. I would so go, but I live in northern Cali and would need to drive at least 8 hours. Also I have a final in two hours. lol

I don't want to sound negative or unsympathetic...but...if MadTV going off the air is the worst thing that could happen in your life...then maybe you should look at getting into some more hobbies or going out and meeting people. It's a great show, and believe me, it would affect me personally. But, it's just a TV show.

You're absolutely right, Manthis. People are a little TOO obsessed with a friggin TV show and don't care about going out and having a life. Sitting home on saturday nights watching a show is not really life when u can be goin to parties and havin fun with friends. I admit, I do watch MAD every Saturday night but if it ever does go off the air, I'll definitely find something else to do on a saturday night.

Yeah I usually just tape it on saturday or watch it at a party. If it were cancelled I would be sad but I doubt it will happen for a while.
