I better put this up before the new episode airs. Whoopsie.
Open - Hate Mail: This sketch was taken from the forum! I'm sure one of you wrote this letter. heheh I really thought this was funny. I liked the joke about the featured players with names the same as regulars. I thought the WWBLD part was great, and I think they should sell the braclets cause I would buy that. The only part I didn't like was the end. That was creepy and I threw up in my mouth a little bit. Red Carpet w/ Bobby and Ike: This wasn't a great red carpet segment. I don't think it was so much Ike and Bobby because they both can work well in that type of situation. I think there was one problem. That was the event. The Kids Choice Awards is, for lack of a better word, RETARDED. I mean, maybe if they had gotten Paris to talk to them they would've made a funny comment but... wrestlers, child stars and a canadian "punk" band? Not so much. Music Video - The Dukes Are Not Watching: My mother liked this sketch more than I did. I thought it was ok. I definitely agreed with it though...heh. Nice cameo by Jordan as the Ozark-Hillbilly. The end... well, I know a few guys that really enjoyed this video. House MD: I heard alot about this show. I never watched it though. But it was really funny and apparently, dead on, heh. The mean pill-popping doctor with a heart of gold...I liked it. Mrs. Campbell - Open House: A new Mrs. Campbell, awesome! It wasn't as good as other Mrs. C's but, after that near death experience with Donald Trump's glass elevator, I'll cut her some slack. I love how she thought she was in the middle of a con deal, and the great view of the "vacant lot". March of the Animals in Morgan Freeman's Backyard: I dunno about this one. In a way, it was boring. On the other hand, I found the parts about the cat amusing. I don't know why though. I did like the "when I'm not out collecting liverspots..." line. Hilarious. Jazzy Girls - Football Game: These girls remind me of the Parker Sisters...only easy. heheh. The overall look and the way they kept saying "jazzed" reminded me of some dorky girls from Jersey. Keegan's like "I got some epoxy back at my house!" was great. I hope these girls are recurring characters. They could totally make some sketches about getting jazzed for crafts and their serch for love. Movie Parody - The Psychiatrist: Flat out, boring sketch. Yes, alot of movie trailers give away the movie. But that's not funny. Neither is watched a parody of one. Meh Ok Go! - Dancing: I actually liked this. It was more entertaining then just watching them play. I wonder if more music guests will do the same. Close - Morgan Freeman: I liked these. It was better than the "March of the Animals" IMO. But... They Will Survive. Overall this episode was pretty good. Though, I hope to see more of the new cast soon. __________________ It's all fun and games until someone gets punched in the throat. ------------------------------- Morgan & Nik - Nocturnal Twins Forever ------------------------------- "Tacocat is spelled the same backwards and fowards!" Okay... I finally got time to rate this episode
![]() Open - Hate Mail: I loved this... it was really funny. The thing that really made me laugh was the part where they were talkin about the same names: like the two Nicoles and The two Franks. I forget what Micheal said but when he made Frank Caliendo cry... Just the way he was crying made me bust out laughing. Red Carpet w/ Bobby and Ike: Umm... not that funny but it had its moments. I don't really like Ike going to the Red carpets. Music Video - The Dukes Are Not Watching: This was funny. Not the best sketch but funny... I like when Nicole made it obvious that the bottle was glued or whatever to the tray. Because in the real music video you could tell it was glued to the tray. Because Jessica was tipping the tray BUT it just wasn't falling!!! I thought that was clever. House MD: I've never seen the show before this episode aired but I thought that this sketch was funny. After I watched this episode I then watched the real show a couple days later cause I was bored and there was nothing else to watch. But when I was watching it I just kept thinking of Micheal when I looked at the one guy (I don't know his name). Mrs. Campbell - Open House: Not the best Campbell sketch but I still loved it. This sketch just made me think that Damn I'm gonna miss Steph when she leaves. March of the Animals in Morgan Freeman's Backyard: WOW!! at fist I didn't think this sketch was gonna be funny but it turned out to be kinda funny. I mean who wouldn't laugh at Morgan Freeman saying "No one gives a Sh*t about a squirrel"or "fat yella cat". Jazzy Girls - Football Game: Okay. I'm not complaining. The funniest part would have to be when the girls kissed. Movie Parody - The Psychiatrist: I really don't know what this was about but I thought Crista did the best in this sketch. Ok Go! - Dancing: strange and yet I actually enjoyed this. They did a really good job dancing. Close - Morgan Freeman: I liked this... it was really funny when he was saying how the castmembers were only pretending to like each other on camera. Overall: Great episode __________________ ![]() ![]() ROCK MY SOX OFF !!! for the first time..EVER i've decided to try watch the eps as they air(or asap) in america...good for me
Heres my thoughts on it all and please remember...i've only seen a couple of season 9 eps and zero from season 10 so a lot of the impressions and characters are new to me Open: Hatemail - I thought this was pretty funny and yeah, great way to introduce the newest cast members 3/5 Red Carpet @ The Teen Choice Awards - Most of the people interviewed were D-list..boooorring.i think that raven kid is on smack 2/5 These Dukes Are Not Worth Watching - Nicole Parker is totally smoking hot.My favourite parts were when she first picks up the tray and is swaying it around and also when shes washing the car and fals off right at the end...good times 3.5/5 House MD - one thing grated on my nerves in this one.Jesse Spencer(Dr Chase, played by Ike) is actually australian,as is his character on the show.Other then that...i thought that michael was good and so was Arden 2.5/5 Mrs. Campbell: Real Estate - yeah mrs campbell is a bit of a snooze to me 2/5 March of the Animals in Morgan Freeman's Backyard - pretty funny morgan freeman impression and excuse me...squirells are great ![]() Jazzy Girls: Hockey Game - those chicks are creepy.and the kiss was pretty funny hmmm 2.5/5 The Psychiatrist - ok i thought this was really funny and i actually laughed out loud.Nicoles renee impression is so funny..that gives it an extra point in my rating 4/5 Ok Go "Performance" - i have no idea who Ok Go is...i remember they played on the show years ago...but i actually thought their dancing was cool 3/5 Close: Steph/Morgan Freeman - steph could of said more...i liked the morgan freeman voice over...that the cast pretend to like each other 3/5 Overall - considering its been a while since i've seen a newer ep i wasn't sure what to expect really.I think mad can do better though 3/5 |

Open: Hatemail - Decent way to start off the show. Seeing Bobby half naked within the first two minutes of the season kinda sets the tone.
Red Carpet @ The Teen Choice Awards - This wasn't bad. It annoys me that Ike pretty much focused all his material on Bobby though. Get a new angle, buddy. The John Cena interview was highly disturbing. These Dukes Are Not Worth Watching - Saw this a year ago. Really liked it then, now its dated. House MD - I found this boring. I don't watch House and this sketch was just meh. Mrs. Campbell: Real Estate - I love Mrs. Campbell. The Zelda + funnel cake story was hi-lar-ious, as was her price offer. Crista acting in the beginning of the sketch was way too OTT, but she got better as it went on and she got angrier. March of the Animals in Morgan Freeman's Backyard - Eh, this was ok. It bothers me that Jordan uses such a high voice for his impression, especially since in the Million Dollar Baby sketch in season 10 he used a lower voice and he sounded SO much like him. Jazzy Girls: Hockey Game - This was funny. Funnier than the other one I saw at least. IMO, this was all Arden. The Psychiatrist - A waste, but Crista's impression of Rachel McAdams cracked me up and I always like Frank's Jack Nicholson. Nicole's Renee Zellweger didn't do much for me this time around. Ok Go "Performance" - This was awesome. Talented guys. Close: Steph/Morgan Freeman - I liked how Steph forgot to mention the new castmembers, and by the time she had remembered it was too late. heh. __________________ What happened to Andrae? ![]() |

Open: Mike's Hatemail: Pretty good way to start off the show/season, this was mildly funny.
![]() ![]() ![]() Red Carpet Event: Teen Choice Awards: Eh...this was long and boring. Ike is good at these, but Bobby isn't at all. Worst part of the episode for me. Raven was funny, though. ![]() ![]() The Dukes Are Not Worth Watching: This was awesome and one of the best recent music videos. Besides, you can never go wrong with Nicole Parker in a bikini. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() House MD: I've never seen House, and I still thought this was hilarious. I have a feeling it was pretty dead on, too. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Mrs. Campbell: Real Estate: I love Mrs. Campbell. This started off boring, but it got hilarious once she started talking about her friend Zelda getting fat from the funnel cake. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() March of the Animals in Morgan Freeman's Backyard: Comedy Central screwed up the order once again, so this wound up being last. But anyway, this was hilarious and one of the best parts of the episodes for me. Honestly though, I think it worked better being last, with the closing and everything. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Jazzed For Crafts: Hockey Game: I never hated these characters as much as anyone else. This was the best one IMO, besides maybe the one in 1109. ![]() ![]() ![]() The Psychiatrist: This was hilarious. Especially Nicole's Renee impression. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() OK GO Performance: Didn't see this originally and CC didnt show it. I just wanna say though, i'm glad Comedy Central is taking out the music performances, even if it does add more commercials. Anyway, no rating. Close: Steph/Morgan Freeman: This was hilarious and one of the best recent closings. I want cast closings back, especially with twists like this one had. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Overall: A great episode. Definitley one of the best Season 11 episodes and one of the best premieres too. Everything was hilarious here, minus the red carpet event. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() __________________ :doctor: |

![]() Oh! This being the one of the few S11 eps I've never reviewed, I guess I could treat you guys with another one of my patented reviews. ![]() Open: Hate Mail - This may not have been the funniest opening ever, but I'll be damned if it wasn't one of the most creative ones they've ever done. Michael McDonald must have read all of the posts here, which explains how this opening nailed the head on Stuart being overused, Bobby being disliked by a lot of the viewers, Ike being considered "the unfunny guy," and so on. ![]() ![]() ![]() Teen Choice Awards - Rurry hit the nail on the head: Ike is pretty good at Red Carpets, whilst Bobby...isn't. Ike deftly snuck in a few great lines in there, so this was OK. I still say Ike and Arden would (just about) be the penultimate Red Carpet duo for the rest of Season 12 (the ultimate being Arden and Nicole Parker ![]() ![]() ![]() The Dukes are Not Worth Watching - Okay, okay, this wasn't LMAO funny, but that's not why I liked this so much. There's another reason why I enjoyed this. And if you can't figure out why by this point, then you GTFO right now. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() House - Having seen all of seven minutes of the TV show "House," all this did was swim past my head. But I will say that A) Michael McDonald was pretty good as Hugh Laurie and B) Stuart's "cameo" was great too. ![]() ![]() Mrs. Campbell: Real Estate - Ah yes. Steph's best character by a long shot, in my opinion. Sadly, this wasn't one of the best ones she's done. Even still, this was easily the best sketch of the night. Normally, your typical Mrs. Campbell sketch is flat-out brilliantly genius, but this was just merely excellent. I didn't like Crista too much in this, but other than that, this was nearly flawless. Nearly. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() March of the Animals in Morgan Freeman's Backyard - This too was really funny, I thought. It didn't really make that much sense, but it still managed to make me laugh pretty hard, not to mention Jordan's Morgan Freeman impression was pretty good. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Jazzed for Crafts: Hockey Game - Holy mediocrity, Batman! It's as if someone took the Parker Sisters and drained about 85% of their original humor. Probably the weakest sketch of the night, and not even Frank Caeti could save this. ![]() ![]() The Psychiatrist - And because a parody about a movie trailer that completely reveals itself is supposedly "funny," we are now at The Psychiatrist. Crista wasn't very good in this, but Frank Caliendo and Nicole Parker were both excellent, with their Jack Nicholson and Renee Zellweger impressions, respectively. Bad idea, bad execution, good impressions (for the most part.) ![]() ![]() OK GO Performance - I don't rate performances, bitch...but at least this wasn't your typical performance and was actually enjoyable to watch. Hrmm...this was EASILY the best episode in the first part of Season 11...but at the same time, it wasn't all that great either (though it was still decent)...which spoke volumes of Season 11's quality. Not the best premiere I've ever seen, but not quite the worst either (coughseasonninecough.) 6.5/10 __________________ I've gone minimalist now Last edited by Cagnazzo; 12/29/2006 at 9:39 PM. |

did Stephanie get a good bye in this closing or was it just for fun. Did she ever get a good bye...or do Nicole S and Debra still hold the title of getting a proper fare well?
