Why is Aries playing Wayne Brady? Was he even famous back in 1987?

I think this could be a different sketch from the one mentioned in what Cat posted. Cedric wasn't at the last taping of this season, plus this one is called Funkenstein vs. Jekyll and Hyde.

Bleh, that Funkenstein thing sucked last time. And I thought that we would see nomore of Wayne Brady, since his show got cancelled. That character really sucks.

The stuart one will probably be aired on the season finale episode since it is Michael's last stuart sketch since he will no longer be on the show for season 10

I'm wondering about all the people in this sketch. Isn't this sketch supposed to be people who were supposed to get in trouble after 1987? I didn't even know Wayne Brady got in trouble after 1987 (besides his show getting cancelled). Aries should have played OJ Simpson, Rodney King.

Yes! I love Rod Roddy. Frank is so funny as him. The Funkenstein thing did suck last time but maybe this will be better. I'm suprised there isn't a popular recurring character this week. Maybe it will be mentioned later.

Yeah, how come they still use crappy C-list celebs whose shows have been cancelled such as Wayne Brady and Connie Chung, but they cut Anna Nicole? I loved that character.

I think the price is right is going to be interesting but like before, 70's/80's version of the price is right wasn't so good compared to -> Lorraine on the price is...

I would love to see that sketch featuring Anna Nicole and the Osbournes(When camera crews collide?)

or another sketch featuring Angela or Dot or Bunifa(I haven't seen that Jerry Springer ep.). Either one will do.

I miss those old sketches.

I liked Funkenstein last time. It was pretty old-school and reminded me of the old Dolemite sketches. I actually liked the Aisha Tyler monologue also, b/c the reactions were pretty funny.

i used to think stephnie was a bad impressionist... but this season shes been doing a lot of great impressions that have surprised me... not just southern people, but the cold case woman, olsen twins, and barbara walters were all really well-done. she may really surprise us

stephnie lately is the only reason why i still watch the show religiously. although she seems to not really be on anymore they have too many female featured players taking up her time.

Yeah, Steph is by far my favorite right now. Actually, she is really one of the only current cast members that I even find remotely funny anymore.

Add these Mystere:

- All new Average Asian
- Encore: Oprah's slim-cam revealed

Question: Why are they encoring Debra sketches? I thought she wasn't on good terms with the show's producers?

The sketch on the official site is Funkenstein. You can download it here

I dunno but its good to see they finally came to their senses and started showing encores with a former cast member in the lead role (Kenny Rogers Jackass was encored the other week), it was probably only a matter of time i guess.

i cant say that... i think frank is really good too. hes just never on. i get a kick out of bobby and mike too.

i just think that stephnie is the all-around best... she was on so much in season eight, why is she so underused now? it sucks. mo, debra, and stephnie were SO prominant last season, it feels weird that only a season later we never see or only see a little bit.
