5. you've created your own version of the season 3 credits on powerpoint.

6. you LITERALLY go to sleep AND wake up to MADtv.

7. you go "tchaaa, you know what? unh-unh!" when a friend says something ridiculous.

I'm glad that someone started up a thread about this. It crossed my mind a while back to do so; however, I guess I got sidetracked (sort of an hourly occurrence for moi ). Anyhoo, here's what I've come up w/ so far:


You know you've watched too much "MADtv" when...

...you refuse to read the magazine because it's nothing like the show.

...you e-mail Comedy Central several x's a day to complain b/c the network airs the show only ten million times a day.

...you pledge to name your firstborn daughter Nicole Julianne.

...you pledge to name your firstborn son Honeydipper Dan.

...you find gratuitous vomiting endlessly hilarious.

...at the beginning of each new season, you pray for Pauly Shore's "glorious return."

...you find yourself getting sh!t-faced after one Zima.

...your friends and family start complimenting you on your dead-on Stuart impression--and you consider this to be a good thing.

...you begin a frantic search for the phone # of Lowered Expectations b/c you actually find several of the dating options appealing.

...you begin stomping your feet like a two-year-old b/c Mo Collins never responded to your fan letter, yet you mailed off the letter only yesterday.

...you think that "SNL" would be perfect if only it featured more "Abercrombie and Fitch" sketches.

...you call the Better Business Bureau to register a complaint about Spishak.

...you can picture yourself having a thought-provoking conversation with Antonia.

...you are fully convinced that all Asians know one another.

...you consider Heavy D a musical genius.

...you drink heavily so that Artie Lange's father won't think that you're gay.

...you plan to boycott a particular music store b/c it doesn't carry "The Marshall McBride Album."


And my personal fave:

...you swear off personal hygiene b/c you spend every waking moment typing up unnecessarily long PlanetMADtv posts b/c your life is so sad and pathetic that even cockroaches refuse to crawl onto your legs, which are now so stiff from having sat in one place for a long time that even Marc Anthony's penis during "nasty time" w/ J-Lo would look limp by comparison. (And, no, I'm not speaking from personal experience on this one...well, except for the part about unnecessarily long posts, of course.)
