I didn't fully understand that at first, but I think that was the joke. That mad TV let her go after only four episodes in season 13, and her character became one of the most popular off of YouTube and that was her only appearance. I think she still plays her in stand up shows.

I thought Eric Price's cameo was hilarious at the beginning. Lol

Bon Qui Qui does have 69,000,000 Views on YouTube, and that's bigger than any MADtv character, but yes it was most likely a joke.

Watched the show, I thought it was very good, but they should've made a documentary of the behind the scenes drama during the show's run on a cable network on like HBO.

If only I still had my powers to edit stuff around here. I would include Bon Qui Qui's appearance here on her page. The character is now a full blown character considering the sites 2 episode rule for characters. Also, so funny that the most watched clip on youtube is a clip from season 13, the worst season ever. I did enjoy that she won at the end. It reminded me of the zany MAD humour I loved so much.

I was disappointed though with the ratings results that I saw this morning. The show was last, and didn't rate well. Doesn't bode well for the show coming back. Still though, I'm glad they got this one last chance in the spotlight with so many of the returnees talking to each other.

MADtv 20th Anniversary Reunion (The CW) – S 0.6/2 1.61

#1 on the day yes, but that is not as important as winning the timeslot, or in the CW case, performing well, and they were only running one other show that night of which MAD was the lead in. A 0.6 is really low, even for the CW, and they lost to not so strong competition like a Fresh Off the Boat, and Muppet reruns.

Well hopefully it created enough buzz to get seasons 5 - 12 on DVD....I would love to own the series.

Another clip show, yes, but I really enjoyed seeing the castmembers interact. Would have liked to see some more members, and perhaps a joke between Phil/Nicole/Debra about being original members (they kind of did with the "MADtv would never do that" bit). Really I just enjoyed the nostalgia and that was more than enough for me . Also, racing back to this site to talk about the episode reminded me of old times. Over ten years and I still remember these screen names. What the hell do we all even look like now?!

Where was this so-called "fan favorite" poll? I guess if it was just an internet poll somewhere, it makes sense Bon Qui Qui won. I loved the tongue-in-cheek humor about how the last few seasons were completely forgettable.

All in all, I am glad that they did this. I would have preferred them to reprise some of their characters/impressions as a superfan, but I can't really complain. Super corny forced humor was more miss than a hit. I would have LOVED to see some outtakes/behind the scenes making of this reunion or even the show itself. Now will they ever release seasons 5-10 VOD/DVD?!

The fan favourite poll was just a joke. They likely did it for the Bon Qui Qui bit, and also because Bon Qui Qui is there most viewed video on youtube I think.

Wow...its been ages since I been back here!! So glad Madtv is online. I think some of the best episodes were left out. Wasn't thrilled about the reunion show.

I finally watched the reunion and enjoyed it.

Didn't even know about this until I saw something about it in the news about the CW picking it up, and I was determined to find the reunion episode. It was like a time warp. Also, it just reminded me of how old I am and the times back then when I was in school. Less responsibilities. Hehe.

Anyways, I can't wait until it comes back on the CW.

They've started auditions for it. I follow Brittany Furlan on snapchat (she's hilarious, I've loved her for a few years now) and she was dressed as her 'Ghetto Dora the Exploer' character...and said she was Auditioning for MadTV and had a few character lined up for it.

a) I hope she gets it...she's hilarious!

c) I hope it's lasts...I would kill to get on the show one day...was my dream
d) Can't wait for the season!!!!
