Ill be ordering my season 2 DVD soon.i think I'm most excited for season 4,probably my favourite overall :-)

Amazon has now posted cover art for season 3. It looks-like-a-swan on the cover! I can't wait til June 25th!

at least Ms. Swan is on the cover. My suggestions are for future idea for MADtv DVD is that Shout Factory reissue Season 1 and add audio commentary from former cast members like "What was the inspiration for this character", "What was going on behind the scenes on MADtv", "Have you keep in touch with the other cast members" etc

Judging by the characters on season 2's cover art (Vancome Lady, UBS guy, Dennis Rodman, & Mrs. Curtis from "That's My White Mama") and the characters on season 3's cover art (Ms. Swan, Dixie Wetsworth, Vancome Lady, & Kenny Rogers), I thought it would be fun to predict who will be on the covers of seasons 4 and 5.

Season 4's front cover art prediction:
Ms. Swan, Lorraine, Stuart, & Bill Clinton

Season 4's back cover art prediction:
Rusty, Coffee Guy, Bunifa, & James Brown

Season 5's front cover art prediction:
Ms. Swan, Lida and Melina, Belma Buttons and Tovah McQueen (Reality Check), & Stuart

Season 5's back cover art prediction:
Lorraine, Rusty, Bunifa, & Antonia

You're one smart cookie by preordering. I preordered my copy the day it became available, as I will do with seasons 4 and 5....and hopefully more seasons to come from Shout! Factory.

I'm about to piss my pants with excitement! I can't wait to see episode 320!

i just got mine! i'm so glad they are finally releasing more seasons, it would have been better for them to have bonus features but still

Tell me about it! I respect the work of the first two seasons, and there are some amazing classic sketches in them, but somewhere in season 3 - 4 MadTV found itself imo. Season 5 is probably my favorite season, really can't wait for that one! I can't wait for season 3 though, I pre ordered it, and am looking forward to some more Mary Scheer!!!

Today is the day!!!! Season 3's release date!!!

I just picked up my copy at Walmart! Can't wait to rewatch the second best season of MADtv (season 4 is my favorite)!!!

I just finished watching season 3 and nothing seems to be missing or edited.

I had forgotten how funny this season was, no wonder its my 2nd favorite season. Of course there were dull sketches but overall it was a great season.


Now, I can't wait for season 4 to be released. It's a shame that Shout! Factory is only releasing seasons 2, 3, 4, & 5. I would like to own at least through season 7 because that's when Alex left (of course she came back a few times but not as a regular cast member.)

As soon as any news about season 4 is released I will post it here!

Me too. While I love some of the early stuff (like Mary Scheer) I think that Season 5 and 10 were two of my favorites. Hope they continue on with the series.

Good news for Swan fans (like myself), too!! Lorraine also makes her debut in season 4!

It has already been confirmed that Shout! Factory has only picked up the rights to release seasons 2, 3, 4, & 5 so after they release season 4 they only have one more to go. I wish they would release at least through season 7 but I don't see it happening unless these seasons are selling extremely well and Shout! Factory buys the rights from WB to release more...but I highly doubt it. At least we get through season 5...that's better than nothing.
