Plot:

Matt Braunger appears as Gary in the iScream On Halloween episode of iCarly. In this episode Carly, Sam, and Freddie are doing a special show inside a supposedly hunted apartment room. After finding things like a red liquid on a table, the lights flickering, and a severed clowns head in the cupboard, it is looking more and more possible that this could very well be a haunted apartment.

(Carly dressed as a bug, Sam, and Freddie dressed as a vampire are filming in the apartment. A dark light is on the camera lens).

Carly Shay: Okay, we thought this would be a cool place to webcast from for Halloween.

Samantha "Sam" Puckett: But it turns out this apartment really is hunted.

Carly Shay: This could be the very last iCarly webcast ever.

Samantha "Sam" Puckett: And if anything horrible happens to us (gets Freddie to bring the camera closers). Mom I lied to you. Those pants do make you look fat.

(Halberstadt comes in through a door behind them).

Halberstadt: Die, die, die (Carly and Sam scream)! Die!

(Freddie runs for the front door, when Gary comes through it. Everyone except for Halberstadt are yelling. Gary turns on the light).

Gary Halberstadt: Oh!

(Sighs)

Carly Shay: Mrs. Halberstadt?

Gary Halberstadt What's going on here? Mother do you know these people?

Halberstadt: What!

Carly Shay: Who are you?

Samantha "Sam" Puckett: And what are you doing here?

Gary Halberstadt: I'm Gary! I live here.

Fredward "Freddie" Benson: Huh?

Halberstadt: What!?

Carly Shay: We thought this apartment was vacant.

Gary Halberstadt: No. I've lived here with my mother for the last 20 years. Why are you here?

Carly Shay: Well we do this web show.

Samantha "Sam" Puckett: iCarly.

Halberstadt: iWhat!?

Samantha "Sam" Puckett: iCarly. Were kind of doing it right now.

(Freddie points at the camera).

Carly Shay: We heard this place was haunted.

Halberstadt: Why do you want a marshmallow?!

Gary Halberstadt: This apartment is not haunted.

Fredward "Freddie" Benson: Then why'd all the lights go out for no reason?

Gary Halberstadt: Oh, this switch shorts out sometimes. This one (flicks switch stage left of himself). Works fine.

Halberstadt: Why is everyone whispering!?

Gary Halberstadt: Mother, turn on your hearing aid!

Halberstadt: What!

(Gary turns on her hearing aid).

Gary Halberstadt: Better!

Halberstadt: You don't have to shout.

Gary Halberstadt: She's always forgetting to turn on her hearing aid.

Fredward "Freddie" Benson: That explains why she didn't hear you in the lobby.

Carly Shay: Well yeah, but that doesn't explain why we heard someone saying "get out! Get out!", and a bunch of crazy thumping.

Halberstadt: No, there was an awful spider in my room, and I was trying to kill it with a tennis racket.

Samantha "Sam" Puckett: Wait, what did we feel scratching at our legs?

Fredward "Freddie" Benson: And what knocked off that glass stuff off the shelf.

Gary Halberstadt: (Sigh) Abigail.

Halberstadt: Yes, where is she? Abigail where are you sweetheart (cat is licking a food dish. Halberstadt is off-screen)! Oh there she is (Gary goes to pick up Abigail). She's always getting into misgiff (on-screen). Who's mommy's wicked little pussy cat, huh? Yes.

Carly Shay: Well, explain the severed clown head!?

Samantha "Sam" Puckett: Yeah, what about the severed clown head?!

Fredward "Freddie" Benson: Yeah!

Gary Halberstadt: Severed clown head? Oh (walks to back door, and takes out the head), It's a phone. See (puts phone to ear).

Fredward "Freddie" Benson: Well, how come it's not plugged in?

Gary Halberstadt: It was. No one ever called. Anymore questions?

Carly Shay: Yeah. Just before you came home you mother walked in saying "Die, die, die!"

Halberstadt: Oh, I was just looking for my hair dye (hair dye is seen on the table all spilled out). And here it is all spilled out.

Samantha "Sam" Puckett: So it wasn't blood.

(Puts up hands. Carly laughs).

Carly Shay: Okay, I guess this apartment isn't so haunted.

Samantha "Sam" Puckett: Whoops.

Carly Shay: Well, were sorry we ran in here without permission. But when we saw this furniture.

Samantha "Sam" Puckett: We thought it was too old and gross for anyone to actually use.

Halberstadt: Ohh.

Fredward "Freddie" Benson: Okay wait. Something still doesn't make sense. Why did Lewbert tell us no one lives here?

( Lewbert comes in through the front door, holding a wig and a broken bicycle).

Lewbert: Cause I'm a jerk (laughs)! I got you kids good. Score one for Lewbert! Happy Hanukah!

Carly Shay: Halloween.

(Lewbert makes mouth noises and leaves).
