I checked the internet and apparently the only famous people from Snohomish County, WA are Kenny Loggins and Bob Barker

In the state of Washington we have Bill Gates, Jimi Hendrix, Kurt Cobain and the guy that invented those plastic clip things that they put on the bags of bread to keep them from opening. I lose.

Comedians:
Otto Waalkes (He's from North-Germany like me)
Michael "Bully" Herbig, Christian Tramitz and Rick Kavanian from the "bullyparade"
Michael Mittermeier

and many more....

Others:
Franka Potente
Hans Zimmer
Wolfgang Petersen
Til Schweiger
Diane Kruger

Maby you know some of them?

Let's see, what famous celebrities did southern Maryland produce?

Answer: Good Charlotte. That's right, the supreme kings of kiddie pop-punk are from my area.

That's like saying, I live 45 minutes away from Malibu, so ALOT. But thats not your real location.

Umm... well, theres a few locations i've lived in.
I've been in upstate NY with my family for a few months, the local celeb is the "Son of Sam" killer.

In Brooklyn theres a few I can think of. Hip-hop/rap stars, Mel Brooks, Steve Buscemi, Alan Arkin.. and Mae West and Andy Roony are from the part of BKLYN I live in, Greenpoint.

In Queens, NY there are also some hip hop artists, John McEnroe, Debra Wilson, Nancy Reagan, Christopher Walkenand Michael Landon was born in the part of Queens my dad lives in.

Also... the artist that created the "I [Heart] NY" logo graduated from my college, SVA in Manhattan.

Air American Radio and MSNBC personality Rachel Maddow got her start a radio station here in nearby Greenfield, MA before she made it big nationally.
