YAY for me im going to madtv!!
Im so happy ive been wanting to go to a live tapping of mad tv for ever and now i get to go on friday! sorry if this is in the wrong place im just so excited that i dont really care.

From what I know, it's not two tapings, it's one taping, but since there's such a demand to get in, they have to clear out the audience and let new people in.

okay im back and damn did i have a great time sitting on my butt laughing my ass off for 5 hours. in regards to the whole audience thing this is how it goes, they let you in a little passed 5 then you get you seats and what not and at about 8-8:30 they tell eveyone thats not on the guest list to leave then all the people that were standing outside for 3 hours on stand-by come in and then the rest of the show continues.
As to my experience. We were in the second row in section 1 for the first half and then for the second half they let us move if we wanted so we moved to the center section which is section 2 and we were in the third row. there was a new set and they are tryng to get the audience to get in on the action more. Steph did the opening for this show and another one and she was so funny and she touched my hand on her way down the stairs and i was so happy.
