Default Users in Chat: What is it and How do I get to it?
I have been on here for a long time. I know a lot about this site and all it's little nooks and cranies, but one nook has confused me since the moment I got here. What is the users in chat feature and how do I get to it. It's always been there but I have never understood what it meant. Does anybody really know what it is?

There used to be a giant button. Now its under quick links. Its a hawt time.
