(Pizzeria Owner comes out)

Pizzeria Owner: Are you finished?

Antonia: Yess. (holds up sign)

Pizzeria Owner reads: Buy one free pizza get the second pizza free.

Pizzeria Owner: No, No, this is wrong.

Antonia: How?

Pizzeria Owner: (takes sign) You see... buy one free pizza, get the second pizza free. You're saying the first one is free, as well.

Antonia: Okee.

Pizzeria Owner: It's simple really, buy one, get the second one free. That's all.

Antonia: Oh.

Pizzeria Owner: Do you understand?

Antonia: Yess.

Pizzeria Owner: Good. (walks away)

35 MINUTES LATER

(Antonia holds up new sign)

Pizzeria Owner reads: Free pizza.

Pizzeria Owner: That, that's it?

Antonia: Yess.

Pizzeria Owner: So, people will think we're giving away pizza.

Antonia: Okee.

Pizzeria Owner: No, look... (takes sign) Buy one get the one second free. So, you have to get across to them that they must first purchace a pizza before they get a free pizza. Do you understand?

Antonia: Yess.

Pizzeria Owner: Alright. (walks away)

20 MINUTES LATER

Pizzeria Owner reads: If you buy a pizza then the pizza is free.

Pizzeria Owner: Do you think this is correct?

Antonia: Yess.

Pizzeria Owner: What if I were to tell you that this sign is AS wrong, in it's own way, as the first one you wrote.

(Antonia says nothing and stares)

Pizzeria Owner: (frusterated) Do you know where you are?

Antonia: Yess.

Pizzeria Owner: Are all the words I'm speaking familiar to you?

Antonia: Yess.

Pizzeria Owner: Buy one get the second free. Say that back to me.

Antonia: Buy one get the second free.

Pizzeria Owner: Those words... onto this sign. I know you can do this. Do you know you can do this?

Antonia: Yess. I believe it is possible.

Pizzeria Owner: I'll be back. My heart is filled with hope. (walks away)

10 MINUTES LATER

Pizzeria Owner reads: Driver Wanted. Must have own car.

Pizzeria Owner: This is very good...

Antonia: Thank you.

Pizzeria Owner: Uh, Do you remember Tony?

Antonia: Yess.

Pizzeria Owner: He's the driver we hired two weeks ago.

Antonia: oh...

Pizzeria Owner: Antonia, I am going to give you one more chance and I want your greatest effort. Will I get it?

Antonia: I don't knoww...

Pizzeria Owner: Try!

Antonia: Okee.

(The pizzeria owner walks away)

4 MINUTES LATER

Pizzeria Owner reads: Pizza Mizza Feetza Sheetza Teetza Poteetza.

Antonia: I got nervouss.

Pizzeria Owner: (takes sign) You know what, I'm gonna do this myself. (grabs poster)

(Pizzeria Owner begins to write new sign then the Phone Rings)

Pizzeria Owner: Can you get the phone for me, please?

Antonia: Yess.

(Antonia walks near the phone, and instead, grabs a mug)

Antonia: (into mug) Hello? Nice-A-Slice-A-Pizza. (puts mug up to ear) Nice-A-Slice-A-Pizza? (puts mug up to ear) Yess. It's for you, boss.

(The pizzeria owner walks away from Antonia)
