Wow, he did better than i thought he would do in reading that letter from Bush. I still think Keegan is better, but a great parody nonetheless.

The article doesn't mention it, but Jordan will be part of the main cast of this new FOX show "The Station" starring John Goodman. Jordan will be playing President Obama, sounds like an interesting show.

Jordan has a new Funny or Die video spoofing the latest speech Obama gave to school children, telling them to just skip school altogether and smoke a doobie.

Jordan Peele is on Conan tonight and Conan, who introduces the guests before throwing to their first commercial credited him as "From MADtv and the new show "Key and Peele, Jordan Peele is here". He later said he was a cast member on MADtv for 5 seasons, and when on Jordan actually mentioned some of his MAD work a few times. The interview was pretty good, and the clips they showed from Key and Peele really makes the show look funny. Also, it's so good to hear him talk about MAD, and know that he still looks fondly at his work there. So happy right now!

this article was slightly annoying, but there was a little quote on the second page I found interesting. Jordan Peele auditioned for and got a job on SNL in 2008, but had to turn it down because he couldn't get out of his MAD TV contract.....

I never heard this before, found it kind of shocking.

When did he audition for it? Because he left at the end of the 13th season in 2008 so does that mean that he auditioned during the writers strike or something? I know that they brought on people like Casey Wilson and Mickayla Watkans around that time. He may have thought that the strike was going to knock out the season and that since he was going to be leaving the show at the end of the season anyway, there should be no problem.
