She's written sketches? I can't wait to see how these play out. I think that they should have more of the cast write their sketches, because most of the time these sketches seems funnier than what the writers can think of.

I thought she was suppose to be a regular cast member, not a featured player? Oh well, if they bought 4 sketches off of her, that must mean she has her own characters soon. Lets hope there funny and worthwhile because only seeing her in the first skit was lame, but she wasn't. I liked it when she gave the head a new plate with skateboards on it and when she said "yuck".

I just hope MADtv doesn't pull a Gillian Vigman with her....

Well I just said castmember on the front page news story because it was never clarified whether she would be a regular or just featured.

I'm assuming that 2 of the sketches that she's written is that Party Girl sketch and the opening with Frank right?

She sounds like a keeper! I hope (if she's good, which I'm assuming she will be) that they keep her for next season as a regular.

Yeah, that's what I would assume also. They seemed like they were written by her and not the writers.

Yes, I believe she is an asset to the show and would make an excellent "regular" cast member. I hope they do keep her. I think her and Nicole Parker would play-off each other nicely.

Yeah i saw the episode this past saturday and it said FEATURING Crista Flanagan. I hope that mad pulls a season 4 like what they did w/Micheal McDonald. He was a featured player for 3 episodes and the promoted him. I hope thats what they do with Crista and Spencer

^I hope they don't. They need to ease in the two new castmembers and wait till next season to see if they have room for them. They need to fill Aries' spot, but I think another cast member will either leave or be fired. My guess would be Michael, although if I had my way he'd stay.

Is it just me or does anybody have a bad feeling that Stephnie might be the one to leave (if anyone leaves)

Crista has original characters and writes sketches and so does Stephnie so will that be filling Stephnie's void for next season?

Maybe I'm just paranoid.

I think this season or next season will be Michael's last.

It's not just you. I've been getting that feeling too. I really think Stephnie and Michael may be at the end of their MADtv careers.

Oh well, that's just my gut feeling. I'm not trying to spread any rumors or anything.

I don't think Crista would be able to fill Stephnie's void (if she does leave)... I think Nicole Parker would be able too though.

I can't wait to see more of Crista! I'm sure she will be a "regular" castmember by next season. Hopefully. You never know with the MADtv producers...they like to get rid of talented people too quickly.

I didn't get to see last week's broadcast because I was moving, so I downloaded MADtv from here the other day. I must say I really enjoyed Ms. Flanagan's work, and I think she will be a great addition to the MADtv cast. Keep up the good work, Crista!
