THANKS:: i finally found the episode: its #324 (season 1) Titled: Mad TV Classic: Mother Teresa: "Mother of Mercy".

i was wondering if someone could upload the skit to youtube? its been years, just years since i saw that great skit! thanks everyone for the warm welcome and help, very much appreciated thanks

oh by the way, what do you guys think of the cast today of Mad tv? do you think any of them were inspired by season one's cast? like mary?

I can't help you with the video, I can only find them on youtube...and I can't find that one.

I don't know if any of them are inspired by the season 1 cast...they might be.....but Mary was amazing..and imo underrated. Mrs. Barone, Dixie Wetsworth, etc....she was great. And her impressions. If you wanted to compare anyone from today's cast to Mary I would go with Nicole Parker...the characters she has are funny, and she does amazing impressions...but I think the cast from 1 and the cast from 12...in the acting aspect are a little different. They do seem close this season, like a family, like the feeling you got in season 1.

its fine, but if anyone else can help that'd be awesome!!!!

but reading your feedback on mary influencing todays cast is soooo true, somewhat not directly but how MadTV cast director scouts seek what "KING OF TALENT" to look for, and they go for many kinds, that one being of mary's style and many others, and i totally think they also choose completly fresh new talents as well.

but im glad i found this site, becuase it helps appreciate the foundation where MadTV stands, and with this forum maybe mary herself can check it out and somehow feel "OF USE" with somekind of purpose in this world!!!!

so, can anyone upload that mother teresa skit for me? to youtube? its been yearrrrrrrrrrrrs!!! thanks everyone!

Yeah, seriously, look around online. A lot of new copies of the S1 DVD are selling for under twenty buckaroos. (Those are U.S. dollars, BTW.) If you're a diehard Mary Scheer fan, then you won't regret buying it.

I can't find the Season 1 DVD anywhere. I've checked Suncoast, Barnes and Noble, and Best Buy, which are the only places with DVDs in my area, besides Wal*Mart and Target. I guess i'll check Target next.

Target doesn't carry it. I thought I saw it at Wal Mart like 2 months ago, so try there. If not, you'll probably have to get it online.

amazon is usually reasonable.even then try ebay

She played the wife of Alan (one of the main characters on the show) the arsonist character, and she was a big part of the episode. I wouldn't be surprised to see her in future episodes.

I'm watching the suite life of zack and cody right now on disney channel and mary scheer is in this episode as a teacher
