Gudrun Flaherty is female, and I'm pretty sure she's only appeared in the one episode - the one where she played Joanie Jones on the Jenny Jones show. There is a girl who somewhat looks like her that appeared sporadically throughout season 7 (Pheobe in Friends parody, etc.) but it's not Gudrun Flaherty.
