I don't see that much hope for this episode, so that means that it is going to be great! Episodes that I think are going to suck always turn out good in the end.

When Johnny whipped out that gun and shot Eric in the leg, i spit pop out my nose. All and all i liked the episode. Could have had a few more outtakes though.

The first "What Would You Do?" sketch was pretty good, as was the Today Show sketch, and the Asian Chef one (even though it could have done without the pointless reprise). I like how the Luanne Lockhart sketch was an ACTUAL sketch, and not one of those stand-up sketches. It actually made sense. Jerry Springer's guest appearance was wasted, though, which is sad since, obviously, he won't be guest starring again. Everything else, meh.

/5. I thought they were supposed to be stepping it up for these final episodes. Unless THIS is what they call "stepping it up."

After watching the episode again, I can change my status on it. It wasn't really that bad and definately better than last weeks. I think the problem is I was watching this episode with my brother. He wouldn't shut up and let me watch it. I got to try to dispose of him when watching the episodes. This is the strech run and I can't have him effecting my judgement.

I think MADtv has been doing more filming than the original end date in December like we reported. Why I say this is because of the What would YOU do? sketch in this episode. Before January 6th the last episode of What would YOU do? aired in March of 2008. I doubt MADtv would go back to March to make a tv parody. That's why I think we are having 22 episodes. Because they are doing more filming in the new year.

Okay. last night's episode wasn't too too terrible- definitely a huge improvement over 1410. Erica actually got a chance to shine for once and she got to write a sketch too. Keegan and Erica dominated the episode.

Anywayz, here's my review,

Jerry Springer #1-2: This wasn't the best show open but better than others. It was kinda predictable. Part two was alright C-

Daughter of Legends #1-2: This was actually really funny. A chance to see Erica shine. Part two, again, need not be separated from part one. A-

What would YOU do? #1-3: Kinda funny although repetitive. Why were all 3 parts shown within 2 minutes of each other?? B-

Tafari Jones Workplace Reggae #1-2: Wow this was weird. Funny in some parts, again part two unnecessary. B-

Happy Women's Day from MADtv: Nice to see Nicole as always. The only sketch to not be broken up. It was alright not spectacular. B-

Hanibana #1-2: This was too gross for me to watch. Keegan really overacted his role in thsi sketch, as he seems to do in everything he does D

Tips #1-2: Uhh not funny. I don't know who Ann Curry is so that's probably why I didn't find this all that funny. D+

Luann Lockhart's Date #1-2: Very good. Part two unnecessary. Eric did a good job as her ex. B+

MADtv Extras #1-2: No rating as usual

Nice to see Crista close the show, but I'm getting tired of "Goodnight, thanks for watching"

Overall: I'd give this a B+



I'm getting sick of this whole ordeal of breaking sketches into two parts when the second part is only 30 seconds long. I think it's probably because they want the ep to seem like it has 15 sketches in it when it only has 8.

So i was not a fan of this episode. I did like Luann and all the call backs from her previous showings. I hope next week is a much better.

Jerry Springer #1-2: It's nice to see Jerry again , but too many people on the stage by the end of the sketch and it was hard to follow. Like when Lauren got up on stage; I didn't quite understand why she was up there.

Daughter of Legends #1-2: I liked this a lot this a lot. Erica was very funny and it was written by her too. For those disbelievers of her talent what more could you want? I especially liked the part where she metions her wet father and the donut inncident.

What would YOU do? #1-3: These were ok actually, didn't find them that amusing and I felt the way they broke it up kinda hurt it. no?


Tafari Jones Workplace Reggae #1-2: I really didn't like these. MADtv has done better and I don't know just didn't like it much.

Happy Women's Day from MADtv: Short and sweet. I also liked hearing old MAD music like the krumping song or the my predicament song.

Hanibana #1-2: Did any one else get a Madden Happy Valentine's Sketch vibe? I did, the sketch was okay, but there was a line that Eric's character said that made it for me. I can't remember what he said though...Has Eric's character been shown before, he seemed familiar.

Tips #1-2: I don't understand how many people did not like this sketch. I loved it actually. Nicole's character was very funny and Bobby's Ann Curry was obviously not spot on, but it wasn't Connie Chung right? It was actually very funny and his reactions to Nicole's story were very nice and to the person who is not quite familiar with Ann, here is a short video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=89aQ_F64NPs

Luann Lockhart's Date #1-2: It's better then some of her Luann's, but my favorite will continue to be the washer machine one!

In the mind of the site, is not the same character. No name was mentioned and since the wife played by Lauren wasn't there, there is no way to prove that Eric's character in this sketch is the same as Eric's character in the Farhid sketch.

I do have a question. Was the guy in the 3rd What Would YOU do? sketch who was robbing Erica Eric? It sounded like him but he was in a ski mask, and he was already in the first part so I wasn't sure. If all of, or a lot of you think it's him, then be sure to say you're opinion. If enough of you think it's him then I will add it.

I will write my review for the episode later.

Glad to see you understand I think? Also, since the man was not the centre of the sketch, I don't think I can count it as a new character. Accurately telling when a character started, or has started is very important.

Yeah I'm pretty sure that was Eric. I never really doubted that and everything...so... But anyways StopThatTicking thanks for the information. Eric's old guy impressions are all very similar.
