I was on the Best Week Ever blog, and came across Daniele in a series of YouTube videos named Cleveland's Next Top Model.

Daniele is featured in the new Orville Redenbachers SmartPop commercial that I see at least five times within a given day. Her part is small, but she stood out. Here's the YouTube link:

Daniele is featured in a new Funny or Die Video - A Gaythering Storm. It's a parody of the Gathering Storm video regarding same sex marriage. Maybe surprisingly, her part is pretty big. Michael Hitchcock also makes an appearance.

It was funny, but I must say I don't think it really got the message across. There were some points where I was wondering if this was for or against gay marrage. I did like seeing Sarah Chalke in it though. I love Scrubs (another show that's ending this year). Daniele did have a big role in that. Good for her. I also liked seeing Michael H in that. "Stop it gay marrage!"

And nick, way to keep up with the news on cast members! You've inspired me to look for more MAD cast member news, and I have actually found some that I will be reporting.

The whole idea was to mock those out there who are against gay marriage. I think they did it quite well. It was funny especially the raining gays

if you've seen the original commercial that this is spoofing, it's obvious that it's a joke. If you haven't, it could possibly have an opposite effect.
