Obviously it's an attempt to grab ratings. This show is STILL fucking awful, so this is basically the only way they think they can get more viewers.

Because apparently the option of making the show GOOD AND WATCHABLE AGAIN went right out the window a long time ago.

Solution: Wait for the clip to get on youtube in HD. Everyone wins and nobody has to watch Heroes.

I'll admit that even my patience is being tested at this point. I'm all for the idea of redemption, but, by the end of the premiere, everyone should've been long since thrust into the midst of whatever T-Bag's cookin' up; after all, in an action drama, it's kinda important that there be -- wait for it... -- action.

As for the kiss, as long as Madeline Zima looks like Madeline Zima, pass. Awful, awful casting for such an obvious, obvious stunt.

Yeah, I torrented the episode just to see the kiss (oh don't look at me with that face, I am a man after all) and god, what a waste of time for nothing. That Madeline girl tries to kill someone who she thinks was going after the girl, (I think the girl is Clair or something), and has pictures of the other girl all over her computer. When Clair asks if she's stalking her, the girl says that she's "a little stalking you" and then goes in for the kiss. She then says that she "has a crush, I'm crushing on you", which has to be the lamest line ever. Also, when the kiss is done, the Clair girl has her eyes closed. If a girl kisses another girl unexpectedly, I would assume that there eyelids would be at the back of the eye sockets, not completely closed! It was probably the worst lesbian kiss for ratings ever.

As for your Madeline comment, I couldn't agree with you more. When I saw her I said "damn, what and ugly ass girl". So many pretty people out there, and you choose her?

Obviously you guys don't know about the lesbian kiss theorem. Ideally, the show tries to maximize short term ratings but wants to maintain legitimacy as well. The formulas are like:

Let L = the universal lesbo hotness constant discovered by Newton, et. al.
Let H1 and H2 represent the individual hotness of each actress involved.

Lesbian Ratings Grab = L * (H1 + H2)
Legitimacy Retention = L * (max(H1, H2) - (min(H1, H2))

If both of the chicks are reasonably hot, you get a lot of ratings, but if one of them isn't significantly uglier than the other one, people will stop pretending like it isn't a gratuitous ratings grab.

Really? And it didn't come off stalker like? She didn't go for the phone to call the cops? How long did you know her? If it worked no matter what, maybe you might have something there. It would be an interesting social experiment.

its not so creepy when a girl tells someone they're crushing on them,when its a dude the thought of him smothering you or stabbing you in the face comes to mind.creepers.

btw i watched ellen and hayden pantene was on there and i got to see the smootch that way.it was...not much at all.if you're gonna make someone a lesbot,at least make the kissing hot

no,i have had no bad relationships with guys.but as i've gotten older i seem to notice how creepy some guys can be.so i don't bring it from any personal experiences

Hey, where the fuck is Suresh?

Granted, I haven't seen the last few episodes, but have they explained where he went and I missed it? Maybe last season? It's weird that he hasn't appeared yet since he was the central character of the show.
