Heroes
Has anyone seen these two shows? I recently got into Veronica Mars and Heroes is a great show love them both.
__________________ Not having an open mind is a good thing to loose Heroes,Private Practice,Greek, Ugly Betty,Grey's Antomy, Pushing daisies,Gossip girl are all great shows. Country Music, and 80's and 90's pop is great music |

Veronica Mars was recommended to me but I couldn't get into it.
Heroes on the other hand, is one of my favorite new shows. Since we already have a Veronica Mars thread and it seems nobody but me and OCNSfan are interested in it anyway, I'm gonna go ahead and change this to just Heroes.

its frustrating,i wanna know what happens and why peter is gonna explode.whats up with that.it also ruined my theory that there would be bad heroes that set the bomb off or sumsing

Oooooookay so i'm long addicted to this show and it just keeps on getting better. The future episode wasn't exactly my cup of tea but it had its moments, but this LAST episode... The Hard Part..... HOLY FCUK.
it was amazing, i loved it. And I loved Ellen Greene's guest spot as Gabriel/Sylar's mother. Firstly because its Ellen Greene and she rocks my world (she was Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors [in both OOBC and film versions]) and is sooo talented... that was amazing character development on her behalf. We saw her for what? a total of 5 minutes? and I totally felt for her within the first few seconds. And secondly because that whole storyline was just so beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time. It really took me further into Sylar's mind and made me understand his character alot better. He's so much more human to me now. And I loved the whole thing with the snowglobes... it all reminded me alot of Edward Scissorhands.... just, beautiful. and sooo tragic. I wanted to cry. The fourth season premiere of Heroes is tonight with two back-to-back episodes. Let's see how much it's gonna suck without Bryan Fuller (again!).
Because let's be honest--magical tattoos? Lesbian Claire? It's gonna suck.

Ali Landry was never on the show to begin with.
Well, the premiere wasn't as terrible as I thought it'd be. I really wish they'd stop bullshitting and get rid of Sylar for good, but it looks like his storyline with Matt could have some potential. Magical tatoos are JUST as lame as they sound, though. __________________

Ah, right you are. Ali Larter. And I knew that without having to look it up, which makes it all the more embarrassing. Just goes to show how big a fan I am, I guess.
As always, no strong feelings about the premiere one way or the other here. Heroes is what it is -- a solid, 3.5-star show that burns off a much-needed hour of my week, but won't leave me particularly broken up when it's cancelled. As far as I'm concerned, S3 was just as good as S2, S2 was just as good as S1, and S4 appears to be walking a similar path. That's good enough for me, tattoos and all. __________________ /bw |
