Default Curb Your Enthusiasm

I know this show has been mentioned somewhere before, but really it deserves its own thread. This show is definitely one of my favorite shows on tv (second to MADtv of course ). Any fans of this show?

The season 5 premiere is this sunday (25th) which is also followed by the premiere of the new show "Extras" starring Ricky Gervais of "The Office" fame which looks to be equally as funny.

Haha, yeah that was a great episode. How he thought the guy was a holocaust survivor because he had numbers on his forearm, but really it was just a phone number. The ending to that episode was great.

From that season, I also loved all the episodes that Larry had the pubic hair stuck in his throat. Krazy Eyes Killah was one of those episodes. And the one with Cheri Oteri as the crazy babysitter was ****ing classic.

I think someone else mentioned this before but Melissa Paul had a role in episode 2 of this latest season (season 5).

But yeah my favorite episodes are from season 2 like the "Doll", "Shrimp" and "Car Salesman" etc... they were all pretty good. Season 3 was generally pretty funny also. I dont think i havent seen an episode that i didnt get a good laugh out of. I wanna see season 4 even if its "supposed" to be not that great but whatever.......

According to the CYE website Nicole Randall Johnson appeared in Episode 5: "Lewis needs a kidney" of this current season, to continue an interesting trend of MADtv related guest stars.....

Alright so I found this kind of funny, as I'm an avid fan of CYE. So this season had Mo Collins, NRJ, Crista Flanagan, Bobby Lee and Melissa Paul. Seems like a pattern of using ex/current MADTv cast members on CYE. I also found this interesting, though there wasn't anyone that I noticed from MAD on the last episode of this season of CYE, when Larry was in his death bed, the blood pressure band that was around his arm the whole time said "ARDEN" (like the new cast member) in big letters and was in the shot for quite a while. Spooky huh?

Cheryl Hines auditioned for MADtv alot of times, but never got picked. Right before she got cast as Cheryl in Curb Your Enthusiasm, she had her final audition for MAD where she was told the producers were "very interested" and they told her not to accept any other offers. She didn't get the part, obviously.

Thats interesting, I didn't know this. It was probably better for her career that she didn't end up getting picked

"Larry David says new season of CURB will indeed revolve around a fictional SEINFELD reunion; Jerry, etc. in 4-5 episodes each."

That's tight.

I'm dying for some new Curb, and some new Breaking Bad. I'm almost at the end of Breaking Bad season 2 :/

I think they are supposed to be in the start of season 7 but havent seen much yet about the new season apart from the supposed Seinfeld reunion story arc. This show has yet to disappoint me, bring on the new episodes!

"Mommy, mommy! The old man's in the bathroom, and he's got something hard in his pants!"

I didn't realize someone from Seinfeld was in just about every episode. I guess the new season dish isn't quite as exciting as I thought.

Okay, so I was wrong. I guess there's a first time for everything!

I get the feeling "pretty, pretty, pretty good" is a quote from something else. Is it?

I totally wasn't expecting that to end the way it did. Where's the reconciliation? Frankly, those last few episodes were just plain depressing.

I feel like I should be going into greater detail here, but... what else is there to be said about a sitcom? Good stuff on the whole.
