As for Survivor...nope, never cared for or watched a single episode of Survivor. I prefer NOT to fall in the reality TV bandwagon, thank you very much.

If my "Survivor Stereotypes 101 Handbook" is anything to go by, the black team will drown on the way to the Island, the asians will excel at the gross food challenges, and the latinos will merge with the white tribe on day one and proceed to be their cooks/cleaners. I don't know if its intentional on the productions part, but they've only cast very stereotypical minority players in the past. So that's one good thing about this season - with 75% of the cast being minorities, at least one of them has to break the mould. ^_^

Did I mention that Ahn-Tuan, the old looking asian dude (who goes by Cao Boi, pronounced Cow Boy) is the manager of a nail salon? Mr Swan!

Yes, I do? Because ONE: it involves MADtv, and MADtv's characters are about 10x more interesting than Survivor's characters IMO (and at the same time, MAKES Survivor 10x more interesting when it uses MADtv characters). And TWO: I'M participating in the event, and not just 'watching' it so to speak, which (obviously) makes the game more interesting. (Although it's NOT very interesting with just one other person in it)

I seriously don't want to start a fight over such a little thing. No smilies for this post.

How do you know that the "characters" on Survivor aren't interesting if you claim to never have seen an episode? I'm not about to start an argument, I just think, for one, the whole "Reality TV is the death of television" thing is Passé at this point, and two, for you to say you have "no interest" in Survivor as a concept is obviously not true, because the concept of Character Survivor is ripped directly from the TV show. I'm not taking digs here, but the contradiction of your signature and your statement was too good to pass up.

Actually, to contradict what I said earlier, I liked Survivor (a lot) in its first season, and season two was alright, but afterwards, I didn't really care about it much anymore, mainly because my personality is that I only like a reality show (for the most part) in limited quantities. I didn't mind reality TV at first, until it literally took over primetime TV. Right now, I honestly can't stand regular Survivor. Now, not to sound like an asshole who refuses to open his mind or anything (because I'm just like that ), but I honestly try to distance myself from reality TV as much as possible...besides, like I said, it's a lot more interesting when it's being parodied by either us (with CS) or MADtv. And I'm through! (...making a hypocrite of myself )

But yeah, I'm tired and in a bad mood. Don't ask why. Maybe because college starts up Monday and I'm hardly ready for it. *jumps off a cliff*

Playing the survivor game and watching the show are two completely different things, lol. I actually like playing it better than watching it.. So Cag is not alone on this one. So shut up Kurt, you ignorant New Zealander. Kidding. Or am I?

Anyways, I think this season I'll watch though..after being hooked on Big Brother, I think I'm rethinking my hatred of Reality Shows..

Thanks to the wonder of youtube, I've seen the whole season.

My prediction? Todd's egoism will come back to bite him in the ass and Amanda will clean up. Since Jamie is part of the jury, its a three person final 3. I'd love to see Courtney win, but it'll never happen. Denise will be out at F4.

Here is what I suspect will happen.

Final 4 Immunity - Amanda.
Final 4 Vote - Denise (3-1)
