Default Bring back MadTV!

I just found this site and registered and all I want to say is bring this fantastic show back!

This is one of my favorite shows and I just can't imagine why FOX would cancel it. Cast members come and go, and quality may waver from season to season on any sketch comedy show, but that's just a part of the adventure.

In my judgment MadTV was brilliant 90% of the time, and that is very difficult to achieve. I watch it whenever I can, whether reruns or, before it was canceled, new episodes.

I'm sure there is a very large and profitable audience for this TV gem, and I hope some network is smart enough to pick it up. I hope that when I'm 70 I can still watch new episodes.

Bring MadTV back!

I concur, this show is too funny to be lost forever! I hope the find another network. But I'm curious; is there anything we as fans can DO at this point to show our appreciation, support, love for this show - in hopes of it getting picked up by another network? ("Don't you cry Hines! <--points finger at his face. Don't you cry you bastard! You cry and I'll slice off your eyelids with a swiss army knife, and feed them to Yamanashi's pet goldfish!")

Doesn't really belong here, but I won't start a new thread just for announcing this. I'M SO F*CKING HAPPY RIGHT NOW! Finnish tv-station starts airing MADtv from the first season today!

Cool. Lucky they are starting it from season 1 in your area. My network here started with season 8, and they haven't bought the others.
