*sigh* looks like another mundane episode.

DPTTM.. always bad. Definitely not looking forward to this one. I hope that this one continues his "coma" thing, and then he dies or something afterwards. lol

Spears on Sports.. the first one was horrible. I've been looking forward to Aries's return (FINALLY), but not through this sketch. And I was really looking forward to Tom Arnold's guest appearance, and unfortunately it looks like it's gonna be wasted on this

7 Buddy Cops.. this was a great sketch from a superb episode (#802). But the writing was quite weak, even if it was accurate; however the impressions were excellent, especially Josh's and Debra's. I have a feeling the writing will be worse in this one.. although I thought it was really only Jay Mohr's longass speach that made the writing look bad. Oh well, here's hoping.

It just looks to me like they've been keeping the sketch level of the last three episodes down so they could save up for one kickass finale to end the season on a good note. God, I hope so.

I know. He kept going on and on, and it just killed the sketch. I wonder how long it took him to memorize that long speech.

Boy I hope you're right. That'd be a good thing if the last episode was kickass. I was hoping Tom Arnold would do a sports commentary w/ Frank's John Madden impression. Oh well.

Well so far, it's so so. I'm pissed cause my VCR became possessed and ate my MadTV tape But it's not really an episode worth taping over, anyway.

Ehh, another mediocre episode. Nothing really noteworthy. At least they chose a good Encore. Onto the finale.

Blah. This sucked. The Mrs. Campbell Encore was by far the best skit of the episode, but as for new material the only one that was noteworthy was the grocery store one. The rest ranged from mediocre to downright horrible. Oh well, next week's episode looks good.

Yeah, it was pretty boring. I just HATE that Aries on Sports segment, and those stupid Seven Buddy Cops again, ugh. They are REALLY stretching things out... The last two episodes have been Season 7 quality, unfortunately... Hope its not a trend that will carry onto next season.

No new sketches from Mo tonight.

Mime: Ron is pretty funny here plus the return of Debra and Aries. Pretty good opener, and creative. The mime being all sexual was something I was never expecting.

DPTTM: Weird and gross ending, but I thought it was better than other DPTTM sketches.

7 Buddy Cops: It was a lot better than the first one IMO, but when they were riding together, I could've sworn I heard some of the same lines from the first one. Christina Moore and her crossing her legs and the rest of their reactions were pretty funny, especially Debra's reaction.

Sunday Morning w/ Graham Clark: I thought this was pretty funny. Again, Ron was pretty funny plus another Debra and Aries sketch. Debra and Aries work pretty well together and both were pretty funny too.

Store sketch: I liked this one a lot. Michael's pretty funny here acting like the special person. He sounded like the person from that one sketch earlier in the season w/ the basketball coach.

Spears on Sports: Aries highlights his impressions on Barry Bonds, and Oscar Dela Hoya. Tom Arnold was in this one also. I did NOT like this sketch at much as the first 5, but it wasn't disastrous.

The Schnitzer Family: Michael and Debra introduces this unfortunate family on stage. When I first saw this sketch w/ Michael and Debra, I thought it was a goodbye sketch, but boy was I wrong. The family gets a gift bag full of cheap stuff. This was funny to me for the reason that from what I heard in this board about MADtv not getting promoted enough and how FOX doesn't spend enough money on MADtv.

2 Cops: No!!! Reminds me too much of the 'Drop The Gun' sketch. Drags too long w/ only one point. Ron keeps shooting Michael instead of the criminal.

Ms. Campbell Encore: Is it me, or did I like this sketch better this time around? I must've missed something the first time I saw this last season. Great encore.

7 Buddy Cops Out-tro: Great stuff. I liked the song and it had a good beat to it. Too bad it wasn't longer.

I liked this episode a lot. To me, nothing was plain bad, but my least favorite sketch would be the Spears on Sports and the 2 Cops. The commercial for the finale looks like a promising one. I hope it's better than the Season 7 finale.

Off Topic: Also, I saw a commercial for Boston Public, w/ Whitney Houston and I couldn't help but laughing, b/c I could picture Debra impersonating her. Also, during this past week, I've been seeing more commercials for MADtv (weird huh...)

I pretty much agree with MADtv Watcher's opinion regarding last nights episode.

The mime thing was a great way to start off the show. Ron was great, LOL! It was nice to see some location shots as well.

DPTTM was better than the usual DPTTM sketches. Oh my goodness, I was so grossed out and laughing so hard.

7 Buddy Cops was lame.

Sunday Morning w/ Graham Clark was okay, but got boring kind of quickly.

"Special" Patrick was just the opposite of the previous sketch. I thought it started out kind of boring and then got much funnier as it went on.

Spears on Sports: Boring! Aries can do some good impressions, but I just don't get into the Spears on Sports sketches.

The Schnitzer Family: I thought this was pretty funny! Like an idiot, I thought it might be real at first. But the idea was good and I loved that they made fun of the budget, LOL!

Rookie Mistakes: I, too, thought of the "Put the gun down!" sketch when I saw this, but this was better than that. Not much, but still better. It got a couple laughs out of me.

Ms. Campbell Encore: This was a good one to air again. I liked it.

All in all, not a bad episode. It was about half and half for me.

Last night's encore didn't have any cast members that were not in the show anymore. I think they did this b/c they didn't want to pay any royalties, and also to put Mo in the show somehow. I liked the encore though.

Wow. I must be soooo much different than you guys. Everytime you guys like an episode I hate it, and when you don't like an episode I like it. I thought tonight's episode was absolutely perfect. I loved each sketch. I'm suprised how many of you dislike the 7 buddy cops, the impressions are all great and it's always funny.

P.S. Did anyone see the episode at 2 on TNN? It was the one with Seth Green.
