I remember surfing through channels about a month ago and seeing a show called
Bibleman . So I was wondering, was this where they got the basis for the Bibledude sketches. The formats are somewhat alike (someone is doing something "inappropriate," so Bibleman/dude tries to steer them in the right direction by reading from the bible, then some stupid fighting [Bibleman] or zapping someone with the bible [Bibledude]). So is this where they got the idea? I doubt many people know of Bibleman, but I guess the obscure parody makes it a bit funnier.
