I hope animation doesnt ruin the episode again. I want a solid TV parody in this episode. We've had some good ones this year (Project Runway, Survivor) so I want to see more of that.

I have a feeling we'll see a Heroes or Ugly Betty parody in the next few weeks.

If they do an Ugly Betty parody then I would love to see NP in that role.

I'd like to see an Ugly Betty parody as much as the next person, but somehow I think the Verlene the Ugly Flying Lady is the closest we'll get. But if we do get that UB parody, I invision Crista filling the role, even know we all know Nicole Parker could do a much better job.

Hopefully there's a lot more funny than the Britney/K-Fed sketch and the new HNL. I'd like to see some improvement in this season. We're kind of sloping downwards.

I just think #1205 was weak. Hopefully it's not a trend, and that HNL and the animated stuff stops (or at least is cut down on) soon. Because with all that animation crap, it just ruins the episode IMO. The Britney/K-Fed skit has potential IMO, but HNL just flat out sucks.

And yeah...Verlene seemed like an UB parody. They definitley could go further with it, though.

Frank Caeti's constant absense is very concerning. Although he still appears in every episode even if its only a very brief role in each (besides #1204, he was in almost every sketch), I still think he needs to be on more.

For all you K-Fed haters (and lovers), Britney and K-Fed are back this Saturday with a home video of better times. And there's also a very funny parody of Aaron Sorkin's show STUDIO 60 ON THE SUNSET STRIP and MAD TV's version of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Check it out.
Sounds interesting, if you ask me. Anyway, the madtv.com site mentions the Macy's parade parody, as well.

The madtv.com site also mentions that there will be a new "24 with Bobby Lee."

The Faux Musical Guest is an aging 80's rocker played by Frank Caeti called Dax Strutter. Some of the cast members are in the audience, Nicole Parker included and he just seems to look at/sing to her the entire time. I guess that is the crux of the joke.

Oh no...24 with Bobby Lee AND a new HNL? Let's hope neither of them last long (although HNL seems to always drag on and on).

The Studio 60 parody and Thanksgiving Parade skit both sound very promising, though. Hopefully, there will also be some unannounced sketches that rock, and this episode will be good, DESPITE possibly the 2 worst recurring sketches of the past year being on it. K-Fed and Britney looks decent, too.

As for the fake performance, ehh, it sounds kinda lame, but at least Frank Caeti finally gets a lead role.

because MadTV thinks these 2 horrible skits are funny.

hopefully, the Studio 60/Thanksgiving skits can save the episode.

Except Stuart was hilarious at first; HNL was never really all that funny.

Not so much MADtv as much as the 'mainstream' MADtv fans...and by mainstream fans, I mean most of the people you find on MySpace...you know, what with their "BOBY LEE SO FUNNI!", "MORE STEWART PLZ", and "MORE BOBBY HE DONT APEER ENUFF IT SHULD BE THE BOBBY LEE SHO INSTED OF MADTV" nonsense.

As for HNL, that's pretty much the cheapest way for guest stars to appear on the show nowadays. And as we all know, A-List Celebs = Ratings!

But so hilarious he needed to be aired twelve times in a season?

I actually like 24 with Bobby Lee, but the last few sketches kinda blew. Hopefully they can improve on this.

Kim Jong IL...i dont know what to think of that. It could be funny if it doesnt turn into a LOOK AT BOBBY LEE THE ASIAN skit.

Im not too enthusiastic about this episode right now. I hope i'm proven wrong, but eh. I really want this episode to be good because I'd love a great Thanksgiving episode. Last year's one, #1106, didnt come close to hitting the mark IMO (although it was ten times better then the previous episode and the horrid 1107 that was about to follow it).

Also looks like there's another Celebrity Obsessed as well. That best not be driven into the ground, either, because it's one of the better things Mike has done lately.

The return of the old school kitchen set?!

Anyone, that skit is pretty good. Has kind of an old school feel to it.

Im surprised at the number of leaks though, theres been at LEAST one in every episode.
