Crista Flanagan and Daniele Gaither are two of the "celebrity" competitors in the upcoming "Celebrity Ladies First Golf Tournament" to air nationwide in June and July. Like most celebrity oriented sports events, the prize money goes to the charity of the winning teams choosing. Apparently Daniele has never picked up a golf club before, so Crista's lucky to not be on her team.

Coolidge! Even though I'm not a Crista fan and am finding myself less and less of a Daniele fan with each passing day, I think I'll try to catch this shindig. In my area, the tournament is airing on ABC, so I'm wondering if it's a spinoff of the same celebrity golf tournament that Michael Douglas hosts every year. That tournament is normally quite entertaining, even if you don't like televised golf. Anyway, it appears that in my area, this will air during the week of the British Open. Oops, sorry, that's Open Championship for everyone else in the world. You know how we Americans like to f**k everything up.

Edit: The tournament actually doesn't seem to have squat to do with Michael Douglas's tournament; in other words, I typed all that sh!t for nothing. There go two precious minutes of what's left of my life!

If Nicole Sullivan, Debra Wilson, Mo Collins or ever Stephaine Weir was in this tournament I would try to watch when I get a chance.
