I just spotted an interesting article on featured player Josh Meyers that, among other things, gives us some insight into the Meyers family and how Josh and Ike were discovered. Here's a clip:

“Sometimes we feel like we’re the red-headed stepchild of ‘Saturday Night Live,’” he said, “but we’re a different comedy show and I know we have weeks when we have funnier stuff than SNL.

“In sketch comedy, you’re always going to have some losers — it’s the nature of the beast — but if people are only watching SNL, I want to know what they’re watching from 11 to 11:30. The local news isn’t that good. If you love sketch comedy, why not give ‘MADtv’ a shot?”

It's funny because when I got that newspaper yesterday (it's a local paper around here), that article was on the bottom of the *front* page! I thought it'd just be buried somewhere within...

Another thing I read in the paper (last week), is that a kid who graduated from my HS is going to be on "Ed" this week. NH is really turning out the actors! LOL!
